Dr. Bob Clegg is executive director of Justice Jobs of Maryland, a nonprofit jobs office that serves returnees to the economy in Frederick, MD.  He holds a PhD in chemistry and recently earned an MDiv at Wesley Theological Seminary.  He continues working on a graduate certificate in nonprofit management at American University.
