Just Acts: Organizing for Justice During the Pandemic

As we all adjust and respond in various ways to the pandemic it has been heartening to hear so many say what has been a core tenet of our UU faith – that we are all connected and part of an interdependent web of all existence. That is a truth we have long known. We also know that those most impacted by unjust systems in our white supremacy culture will bear the worst burdens of what is to come in lack of health care and economic hardship. We need to move together in solidarity. As we protect our communities, we can also move in ways to work for transformation of the oppressive structures of our society and lean into new ways of living in alignment with our values.
