Empowered Allyship: How to Speak Up When Your Voice is Shaking

Do you consider yourself an ally (bipoc, lbgtqiaa, etc) but struggle to stand up for others? Do you often have the urge but not the words, or wonder if the words are right? How can faith help us break down the walls?

We will explore things that prevent us from being a strong ally (lack of knowledge, limited perspective, missing context, the urge to center ourselves, etc.) and we will practice naming our limitations without making excuses for them. This will be a safe space for all people that maintains tolerance and upholds antiracism.
