Your venison will come either from around their house, or from their Manchester farm. People who think they don’t like venison have been pleasantly surprised by Dave’s. His technique leaves the meat tender and delicious, with no gamy flavor. It never leaves his watchful eye from hoof to freezer. Guests can choose among the vegetables frozen directly from their garden. Rounding out the meal will be appetizers, rice, wine, and something special for dessert.
